Zadar is located in the North of Dalmatia and has one of the most beautiful old towns in Europe. Nowadays Zadar has over 90.000 inhabitants and is one of the most important economical and cultural centres of the region. Also there is an airport in Zadar. The Natives call their town simply “the most beautiful in the world”. Especially proud they are also about the visit of Pope (Johannes Paul II. 2003) in Zadar.
